2. Common Issues

Purchase not delivered

Open the shop and try again after a short wait. If the purchase still does not appear, email us with the item name, purchase time, platform, and your player name.

Rewarded ad did not grant a reward

Rewards require a completed ad and server-side verification. If a reward is missing, send the approximate time, reward type, and your player name.

Account sync or sign-in problem

Tintforge supports guest play and optional account linking. If sign-in or sync fails, include the platform and account provider you used, such as Sign in with Apple or Google.

Progress or item issue

Send your player name, current world or stage, and what changed unexpectedly. Screenshots are helpful when available.
